The Hoggard's annual Kentucky Derby Party is a much anticipated event in Aycock neighborhood. The mint juleps flow freely from a fountain, delicious food is abundance and for a couple of minutes everyone crowds under the tent to see who will go home with some extra pocket change. This year my neighbor Anna was a big winner, as demonstrated above. If you're looking for Southern hospitality and good times, this is the spot.
